A lovely 30 minute full body pilates workout suitable for all levels. Intense and low impact it'll strengthen your core, tone your body and energise as well as relax you. I will be adding some new movements as well as showing you alternative modifications so you can do the class at the level that suits you. A really nice all round routine.

Don't forget to bring your Pilates questions for the Q & A post class! This is a great opportunity to get those burning questions answered as well as get to know each other better. I'll answer as many as I can for you. Happy to do shoutouts too!
