HIIT Workout idea: when ever the beat drops, MAX OUT SPRINT (whether that's on a treadmill, run outside, bike, stair master, etc), for about 10 seconds. Then return to a slow/moderate speed, repeat for as long as is appropriate for your fitness level :) Enjoy the endorphin high!
