Banana Bread Recipe
350 grams wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cardamon
100 grams moscavado sugar
2 eggs beaten
4 bananas well ripened
200 grams sultanas
handfull crushed walnuts
topped with coarse sugar
