Chimaji Appa was a great warrior, born in 1707. He was the younger brother of Peshwa Bajirao. In the year 1737, he pledged to free Konkan from the Portuguese and their atrocities. He gathered other Maratha Sardars and strategized to capture Vasai Fort, which was the capital of the provincial government of Portugal's northern Indian state.

India has been attacked by so many foreign invaders for its riches. We had to fight so many battles till we eventually won our freedom from the British on 15th August, 1947. The iconic trio Krish, Trish and Baltiboy present the stories about the men and women, kings and queens, warriors and tribal leaders who fought the war of freedom against all these foreign invaders.
