This session will have everything you need to get your year off to a good start; energising stretches to release tension and boost energy levels, and strengthening exercises to challenge your mind and body to access those feelgood endorphins. It will be a full body workout with emphasis on moving through all the joints and muscles to really get you moving after the Christmas break.
