Josh from ExpatsEverywhere heads out alone this evening to get a haircut. Kalie and Cia are at home waiting to see what he comes back with. It’s been 2 months since his last haircut and it marks his first in Porto, Portugal. Josh has had some disastrous haircuts abroad in the past.
Will this one turn out to be a hit or miss?

Josh checked out 3 places near his home in Bolhão. They had three different prices (€10, €17, €18.50). Of course, he chose the cheapest one!
