Mashkalai, Hilsa/Elish Fish & Huge bottle gourd mixed gravy curry recipe cooking by village women for 400+ people.
This food called in Bengali "Lao Kalai Ghonto" and kind of most delicious village food.
Ladies first cutting about 50-60 pieces bottle gourd into small small pieces and then they boiled it with black gram pulses.
Then they added lots of spice ingredient and at last added hilsa/ilish fish curry with mashed of bottle gourd.
After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.
