We used:
Private Selections Greek Olives Mix - drained but kept the bay leaf
Mezzetta Whole Italian Castelvetrano Olives
2-3 whole garlic cloves, peeled
Private Selections Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds and Herbes de Provence to taste
Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof dish and place the dish on a baking sheet, bake at 475 for about 25-30 minutes or until olives start to blister.
