In today's video we start with stage 2 of insulation on our Quinta, do some gardening, make an easy tea-time treat and show you what's new at the BIO-ECO market in Alpedrinha.
Recipe:
1 sheet of puff pastry (homemade or store bought)
Butter
Sugar (white or brown)
Lay the sheet of puff pastry on you table, spread butter on the surface and sprinkle sugar over the top. The quantity is up to you, it depends on how sweet and buttery you like it. Once coated, fold the sheet lengthways, from one end, then the other end to meet in the middle. Repeat to meet in the middle again, then fold in half. Cut into strips, lay on a baking tray, and bake at 180 ºC for about 6 minutes per side, until golden brown. Place on a wire rack to cool, will crisp up as it cools. Enjoy with a nice cup of coffee, or tea, or just by itself.
Thank you for watching again this week, and for all the likes, subscribes and comments.
We wish you all an amazing weekend,
