A man who broke into the bedroom of a 12-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint will be released from prison next month. Antonio Eduardo Daponte, 49, also has an active deportation order on his file, which means that when he is released he will likely be taken into custody by border officials and deported to Portugal.
