This workout is to build Stronger Legs, Better Balance and Core control. There'll be lots of fun balance challenges and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I decided to put this one together as we've all spent a lot more time sitting during the Covid lockdown so this is to get us all up and moving! It can be used as swarm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
