This is a shortish video about Anastassia Melnikova's and Vitalia Reinol's nice forehand training in the beginning of the training session. It is always a pleasure to watch good training where speed, timing, sound and motivation are good. Melnikova belongs to the Estonian cadet girls team in European Youth Championships in Portugal.
