Story said 'it's going to be a rainy day adventure' and she was right. We went out to GL to sort out chores and ended up have a coffee date and mini interview with the Peanut Butter Girl of Siargao. A young Filipina entrepreneur that also got stranded here on lockdown and is doing something about it. She's teamed up with a friend to start a brand new homemade, healthy catering company and is already getting bookings even during these tough economic times due to the pandemic.

We were so impressed by these girls and their determination to learn and provide a service that fills a gap in the market. Their peanut butter is fantastic and totally customizable so if you are on the island and need a more natural PB fix or some catering for your surf workshop or event.
