This is a language showcase of one of the world's most populous countries, the United States of America. It's one of the most linguistically diverse countries in the world. About 3/4ths of Americans speak English as a native language, and English also serves as the country's lingua franca. There's also a huge Spanish-speaking community in the US. Despite Spanish speakers being in the minority, there are more Spanish speakers in the US than there are people in many Spanish-speaking countries. There are also many indigenous languages spoken here, and there are even small linguistic remnants of old colonial empires spoken in some remote corners of the country.

This video only scratches the surface of the linguistic diversity of the US. This is my longest video yet. I know I procrastinated a lot on this video, but even with that, it still took a while to make. I hope you enjoy this video, and sorry for the wait! ????
